CAULIFLOWER 'SEOU'L: Cauliflower 'Seoul' is excellent for producing a high crop yield of uniform, heavy curds with bright white florets. A resilient variety that will tolerate dry weather better than many varieties.

GREAT FLAVOUR: Slightly sweet and nutty taste with a crunch. Cauliflowers taste great roasted, in stir fry's, in pastas and even pizza crust. Why not try making your very own Cauliflower rice!

PLANT CARE: For best results, plant in fertile, well draining soil in a position of full sun to partial shade. We recommend mixing in organic matter into the soil as Cauliflowers like to feed.
