CAULIFLOWER WHITE EXCEL: Cauliflower 'White Excel' is an outstanding variety which produces bright, white curds that are well protected by their leaves. White Excels strong white curds are suitable for freezing.

GREAT FLAVOUR: Slightly sweet and nutty taste with a crunch. Cauliflowers taste great roasted, in stir fry's, in pastas and even pizza crust. Why not try making your very own Cauliflower rice!

RELIABLE VARIETY: This superb variety produces top quality, delicious crops. Very resilient and will tolerate dry weather. For best results, plant in fertile, well draining soil in a position of full sun to partial shade. We recommend mixing in organic matter into the soil as Cauliflowers like to feed.
